Banjara's Neem Face Wash review

Banjara's Neem Face Wash for Acne & Pimples:

I searched the whole internet for a review on Banjara's line of face washes but I found not even one which was very disappointing. So I decided I should write it for the benefit of my other friends. I was browsing through a super market when I stumbled upon this and I had a wild desire to switch my face wash and try this to see whether it really works since I had a lot of pimples all over my face. Before I share my experience lets see what's the claims of the face wash.

Product Description:

Banjara's face wash is a mild face wash which removes oil, dirt and other impurities from the skin. Neem's anti-bacterial action helps reduce pimples, acne and their recurrence. It leaves your skin refreshed and clear without over drying. Recommended for use during and after pregnancy as the skin becomes acne prone due to hormonal changes. Regular use twice a day will help skin to be pimple free.

Key Ingredients:

Neem Extract, Turmeric Extract, Glycerine, Aqua.

Direction For Use:

Moisten Face and neck before applying. Give gentle circular strokes to work up lather. Rinse with water and pat your skin dry. Can be used twice daily.

Cap and package:

It has a transparent cap and tube which you can see through the package to check the amount of face wash left and is convenient. But the cap is so tight that sometime while opening, it's likely that you spill the contents of the tube as well.

Consistency:

The consistency of the face wash is of a gel and non sticky. So you have to careful after putting it in your hand as it is very much likely for it to slip and fall down( It happened to me a lot). It doesn't lather much and but cleans the skin more effectively.

My Experience:

I started with this face wash with some apprehension as I earlier had a myth that gel based products break you out, but I have good news. The wash was so good that my pimples had already started to dry after the first wash and my face became very smooth, shiny and squeaky clean. I was totally caught by surprise as I never expected this and I've been using it for around ten days now and believe me, now all my pimples have gone and the marks are fading. This face wash also prevents the recurrence of acne as it says. But one important thing is, if I ever used it more than twice a day it dries my skin very badly. So I use it cautiously. It even brightens my skin a bit after use which is quite good. This face wash is a blessing to people with oily to combination skin. But beware people with dry skin after using it you might have a terrible case of dry skin, so stay away from it.

Pros:

1. Really fights and removes acne.
2. Leaves the skin squeaky clean.
3. Prevents the recurrence of acne.
4. Removes the oiliness from the skin.

Cons:

1. Doesn't satisfy the claim that it prevents over drying. It actually causes over drying when used more than two times.

Is it worth re buying?? Yes (if you have oily skin)

      Banjara's is releasing so many beauty products these days and I was itching to try the Banjara's Sunscreen Lotion(Enhanced with Saffron Extract SPF 30) for so many days since it’s suitable for all skin types, so I bought one from a supermarket along with my friend. Before I tell you about my experience let's see what the lotion claims to do to your skin.

Product Description:

Apply on exposed skin like face, neck and arms before going outdoors during the day. Avoid the area around the eyes.

I bought it on a discount and the price amount was Rs:112 for 100 ml.

Cap:

Its got a flip flop cap which is handy and isn't much messy.

Consistency:

The consistency of the cream is neither too thick nor too thin. Its in the right kind of thickness that is not too runny but it feels heavenly on your skin and it quickly gets absorbed to your skin.

My Experience:

Well, the sunscreen has a sun protection factor of 30, which is really high owing to the cost and it’s also suitable for all skin types. I really liked the way my skin feels after applying it, so soft and smooth and its definitely non greasy and gives a fresh appearance to my skin. It does brighten the skin after application and lasts upto three to four hours. Its fragrance is very mild and doesn’t assault our senses. It’s quite a good sunscreen when compared to so many others which are all even costlier than this with less SPF. Even my friend who bought the sunscreen along with me agrees that it’s great.

Pros:

1.    Non-greasy.

2.    Gives a fresh appearance to your skin.

3.    Brightens the skin a little after application.

4.    Leaves the skin very smooth and soft.

5.    Cheap and affordable.

6.    Has a Sun Protection Factor of 30.

Cons:

1.    People looking forward to strong peachy scent will be disappointed, but I can't find anything disappointing with the sunscreen lotion J a clear thumbs up for this!!

Is it worth re-buying?  DEFINITELY, just go for it!! :) ;)

I have been browsing through all the creams on an online store for this winter since I ran out of my Vaseline Healthy White moisturizer and I was looking for a good replacement. The moisturizer was doing fairly well but I wanted a cream that can really lighten the tan on my skin and not only that who can stop wishing for more, so I came across NIVEA Whitening Cell Repair & UV Protect Body Lotion and ordered it at once. The moment the cream touched my skin I knew I would worship it for the rest of my life and I still do. I have been using it for nearly a month and even my friends have started to ask me whether what's the secret to my beauty.

Consistency and Fragrance:

The consistency of the cream is neither too thick nor too thin. Its in the right kind of thickness that is not too runny but it feels heavenly on your skin.Well, the fragrance is very mild and nice and it doesn't really irritate your senses. I totally love the smell. ❤ ❤ ❤

My Experience:

I have fallen in love with this cream ever since it touched my skin and trust me it HAS LIGHTEN my tan considerably that even my friends have started noticing it.  The cream makes my skin so so soft that without it, I feel like a cannibal. The best thing about this cream is that the lightening effect is not temporary. It's an all in one cream but I'm still not sure about sun protection claim as there is no way for me to be very sure about that.

Pros:

1. It's reasonably priced.
2. It actually lighten's skin on continual usage.
3. The smell is pleasant and doesn't assault the senses.
4. Has good consistency.
5. Non-greasy
6. A perfect all in one cream.

Cons:

1. Not that I can think of any (but still you have to test it on your elbow before applying it all over to make sure that the cream doesn't cause any allergic reaction)

Is it worth re-buying? DEFINITELY, just go for it!!
